Add one more residential development to the growing pipeline coming to Navy Yard.
Related Companies and Ruben Companies have filed plans with the Zoning Commission for a residential development with approximately 300 units at 950 South Capitol Street SE (map). The new building would be the second phase of the development team’s plans at South Capitol Street SE and I Street SE. One Hill South, a 383-unit apartment building adjacent to the planned project, opened its doors earlier this year.

The proposed 130-foot building will have residential amenity space on the ground-floor, and currently no retail is in the works. The C-shaped building, designed by Eric Colbert and Associates and Morris Adjmi Architects, will have a 191-space below-grade parking garage, and it will be connected to One Hill South by a two-way private drive running between K Street and I Street.
The development is not yet on the Zoning Commission’s calendar for review.
