UrbanTurf has learned that the prices on the remaining units at The Lacey have dropped between $30K to $100K. Of the 26 original condos, 11 are still on the market.
The Lacey, a 26-unit condo development at 2250 11th Street NW (see map here) had a well-attended grand opening about three weeks ago that offered prospective buyers the chance to get inside and take a look at the unique design of the units.
The new price list is below. The largest reductions ($100K) were for the two-bedroom loft units on the top floor.
