Kite House—the stylish new condominium located at The Parks at Walter Reed—is now offering an enticing package of incentives that has sold five homes in just two weeks.

Buyers who close by July 1 will receive free parking; qualified buyers are eligible for 5% down payment assistance; and all buyers are eligible for a 2% seller concession.* For a Kite House home priced at $379,900, these combined incentives represent more than $66,000 in potential savings.
Kite House is also offering to pay to break leases (up to two months) for buyers leaving a rental agreement.
