Only Two Residences Remain at H Street Corridor's Newest Boutique Condominium
This month, the doors will open at the newest boutique condominium in the H Street Corridor.
Brickworks (map) features six, two-story residences with high-end finishes, modern design and airy, light-filled spaces—all just steps from the commercial heart of the neighborhood.
Brickworks will be move-in ready this month and four of the six residences have already sold. Tours are available by appointment (see below) and prospective buyers can visit Urban Pace at www.urbanpace.com to check for weekly open houses.
All Brickworks residences feature two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as ten-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Finishes include built-in Sonos speaker systems, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, hardwood flooring and waterfall island countertops. Three of the residences have 350 square foot, private roof terraces, as well as Juliet balconies, while three units have private outdoor patio spaces.
Brickworks boasts a Walk Score of 95 and is moments from of all of the H Street Corridor's most popular bars, restaurants, shops and music venues. Neighboring spots include Maketto, Toki Underground, Sticky Rice and Tony’s Breakfast; and Whole Foods is within close walking distance. Brickworks is also close to the US National Arboretum and both Stanton and Lincoln Parks.
Pricing ranges from $659,900 for lower-level residences to $749,900 for upper-level residences, and the property is offering a $1,500 closing cost credit when buyers use a preferred lender.
For more information about Brickworks, visit the property online here or contact Urban Pace Sales Manager Audrey Snow by phone at 202-841-7965 or by email at asnow@urbanpace.com.
