After leaving the White House, the Obamas will rent a nine-bedroom mansion in Kalorama, UrbanTurf has learned. The home spreads out over 8,200 square feet and is owned by Glover Park Group founder Joe Lockhart.

The home has a deep backyard, a large space for parking, a number of entertaining areas and it is set back on a secluded street off of Massachusetts Avenue.
The First Family’s new abode is a half mile from the Clintons’ home in DC, and is a substantial step up from President Obama’s first digs in the city.
