Although development progress of NoMa's Central Armature Works is currently up in the air pending the results of a challenge in the DC Court of Appeals, the team behind the project just gained a hotel partner.
This morning, Trammell Crow subsidiary High Street Residential announced that The James will be the brand behind the 204-room hotel component of the development at 1200 3rd Street NE (map). Denihan Hospitality has joined the project team to manage what will be the fourth location of the hotel brand and the first in DC. The boutique hotel will include a ground-floor restaurant, rooftop bar and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
