New Renderings Revealed For 46-Unit Barracks Row Development

New renderings show more detail for one of the largest residential projects along Barracks Row.
Europa, a 50,000 square-foot, 46-unit apartment development from the Murillo Malnati Group (MMg), recently filed plans with the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) a few weeks after obtaining unanimous approval from the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB). The development at 818 Potomac Avenue SE is part of a three-phase residential development at 816-820 Potomac Avenue SE.

The PGN-Architects-designed development is looking for relief from requirements related to lot occupancy, the designated ground-floor use and the penthouse setback. The project will have an underground garage for 47 cars and 25 bicycles that will be accessed via “a mechanical system.”
