The 232-unit project from the Tenacity Group has studios starting at $114,500, one-bedroom units for $159,500, and two-bedrooms for $229,500. Even the project’s 1,350 square-foot three-bedroom units are priced starting at $281,500. The development has ten different floor plans to choose from, ranging from 455 square feet for a studio to over 1,350 square feet for the aforementioned three-bedroom.

Large studios with sleeping alcoves and breakfast bars
Most of the renovated units at Takoma Overlook have open living spaces, large bedrooms with walk-in closets and outdoor space like a patio or balcony. The kitchens in the units are brand new with 42-inch maple cabinets, built-in wine racks, hidden trash bins, Kohler faucets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel professional series appliances. Similarly, the new bathrooms have been redone with marble floors, marble showers with glass doors and Kohler rain flow shower heads, and marble sinks.

The plentiful amenities at Takoma Overlook make the list prices seem even better. For animal lovers, Takoma Overlook is very pet-friendly and includes a fenced-in dog park.
