One of the most anticipated apartment developments to debut in Logan Circle is about to open its doors.
Transformative in design and vision, Liz is taking 14th street to its next level of dynamism in Washington, DC, by introducing world-class architecture from Selldorf Architects and combining luxury residential, office, retail, and vibrant community and public art spaces at 14th and R Streets.
Liz boasts beautiful finishes, hotel-like services and amenities, and exquisite architectural design at a central 14th Street location. The development's 78 residences are leasing quickly, but prospective residents can still choose from a variety of floor plans over four floors. Move-in ready units include studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms, while a selection of rare penthouse residences will soon be available on the top floor. Light pours in the units which feature soaring ceilings of 9’6” or higher and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The penthouse-level common terrace overlooks 14th Street, the monuments and the river, and is appointed with grilling stations, an indoor lounge, and gourmet kitchen for hosting events. Underground parking, bike storage, package lockers, a fitness center with Peloton bikes, a 24/7 concierge, and world-class art throughout combine to create a luxury residential experience like none other in DC.
In-unit finishes include Bosch and Miele integrated appliances, Scavolini cabinetry, Pietra Cardosa countertops and Waterworks fixtures. Step outside select units onto a private terrace with a garden and views of the Capitol, National Cathedral and Washington Monument.
The building features a unique combination of high-end design and services, artistic touches, and quiet, warm luxury blending the best in sophisticated living in the heart of Washington’s most exciting neighborhood.
Tenants of the development’s new retail spaces include Whitman-Walker, the Goethe Institute, Sephora, Bluestone Lane café, and others to be announced soon.
Developed by Fivesquares Development in partnership with Whitman-Walker Health, Liz honors the care to the community that Whitman-Walker provided at the Elizabeth Taylor Medical Center, whose original dedication 25 years ago was made through the generosity of actress and HIV/AIDS activist Elizabeth Taylor.
The apartments at Liz start at $2,600 a month and leasing is being handled by Urban Pace. Move-ins begin in July and a model home is now open for tours. To make an appointment, visit the property online here or contact a Liz leasing agent by emailing leasing@lizdc.com or call 202-836-9090.
