Shaw’s newest condominium development 10Eleven, delivering this September, is now more than 75 percent sold out. Of the 71 residences, just 15 one- and two-bedroom units remain starting from $444,900.
Hardhat tours that showcase 10Eleven’s fantastic views and high-end construction are currently available by appointment.
As the building is now entirely framed, with interior walls nearly complete, prospective buyers are getting a real sense of what’s to come at 10Eleven and are falling in love with the neighborhood's popular arts and restaurant scene, which was prominently featured in this year’s Washington Post Spring Dining Guide. In addition to working with award-winning residential design firm TORTI GALLAS + PARTNERS, 10Eleven has a unique partnership with renowned interior designer Darryl Carter. Carter’s iconic, minimalist style can be seen throughout the residences and all of the common spaces. High-end finishes include Carrara marble countertops, white oak hardwood floors, gas cooking ranges, hand crafted Italian tile backsplashes and recessed lighting.
The 10Eleven exterior is a graceful combination of two design elements. Facing south, the façade is a classic, cast stone—an homage to the historic Shaw district; and facing west is an ultra-modern glass façade with floor-to-ceiling box bay windows.
10Eleven sits at a unique convergence of downtown neighborhoods that gives its residents access to a huge number of local amenities. The property is walking distance to five Metro stations, two blocks east of Mount Vernon Square and the Convention Center, three blocks south of Logan Circle, and two blocks north of City Center. Dozens of restaurants (Kinship, The Dabney), bars (Columbia Room), cafes (La Colombe), shops (City Center) and high-end gyms (VIDA) are close by.
10Eleven is an amenity rich building with many common spaces: a 1,250 square foot rooftop terrace with bar seating and a gas fireplace; a lobby with curated artwork; a courtyard with an outdoor pergola and bar; and a lounge and library with a fireplace, floor-to-ceiling French doors and antique adornments. Other amenities include a concierge service, dog washing station and secure bicycle room. Private underground parking is available at an additional cost.
Sales are by McWilliams|Ballard at the Darryl Carter-designed sales gallery at the company’s Logan Circle office (map). To learn more and schedule your hard hat tour, visit 10ElevenDc.com.
