Jose Andres Group Partners On New Georgetown Hotel

The Jose Andres Group is partnering on a new hotel along M Street NW in Georgetown.
The 67-room luxury hotel will be located at 3000 M Street NW (map), the site of the old Latham Hotel and an address where various iterations of a new hotel have been in the works for years. In partnership with Thor Equities, Jose Andres will curate a number of food and beverage concepts at the hotel, which will also feature a private membership club, events space, a wellness center.
The Bazaar House by José Andrés, scheduled to open in 2027, will join a number of other new hotel concepts in the works in Georgetown, including:
