Former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden has listed his DC home for $1.85 million.
The six-bedroom, 5.5-bath house in DC’s Spring Valley neighborhood hit the market last week. Biden, and ex-wife Kathleen, bought the house in 2004 for $1.1 million.
The home is a four-level Colonial with features such as a master bedroom with two walk-in closets and a large patio and deck next to the backyard. The house is listed with Nancy Taylor Bubes of Washington Fine Properties, the realtor that helped Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner secure a $15,000 a month rental in Kalorama.
