Howard University May Add Residential Component to Howard Center on Georgia Avenue
2225 Georgia Avenue NW

These plans are the latest in a string of planned redevelopments that the university is initiating for its real estate, from the recent designation of a development team for the Divinity School in Brookland and resuscitation of plans for a Town Center to various dormitories that are being renovated as traditional apartment buildings in LeDroit Park and Columbia Heights.
