Burleith, just to the north of Georgetown, and Shepherd Park along 16th Street NW are seeing listings move at the quickest pace so far in 2025. In other neighborhoods, like AU Park, Kent and Logan Circle, homes are selling, on median, in just about a week.
While we are still only a couple months into the year, homes are spending a bit longer on the market in places like Mount Pleasant and Congress Heights. The median days on market statistic is about three weeks for these neighborhoods, but that is much lower than at this time last year.
