A home carrying a $15 million price tag in DC should check a lot of boxes for the luxury buyer, and there is a new listing in Forest Hills that does just that.

Dubbed Palazzo della Felicita (Palace of Happiness), this 11-bedroom, 16,000 square-foot house is a sprawling brand new home tucked away off Connecticut Avenue (map). The home, from developers Realington and SD Homes, is designed in the Palazzo architectural style inspired by the palaces of the Italian Renaissance.

In addition to sprawling grounds, the home comes with a slew of luxury rooms and amenities. There are the expected ones such as a state-of-the-art gym, a spa with sauna, steam and massage room, a game room, and a heated swimming pool.

And then there are those made for the 21st century homeowner, such as a professional wine cellar, pet washing station, and even a secure safe room. The home also comes with an in-ground garage for eight cars.

The home is listed with Marc Fleisher of TTR Sotheby's International Realty. More images below.
