$700 a square foot is a hefty price to pay to live anywhere in this city. However, because we choose the end of the week as the time when we throw caution (read: our wallet) to the wind, no price is too high!
So without further ado, we give you this week’s “If I Had $1 Million” listing. The 1,500 square-foot, two-bedroom condo in Foggy Bottom is listed for just over $1 million ($700/square foot). The reason this property caught our eye was because of the floor-to-ceiling windows that take up three entire walls of the unit. Not to mention the fact that the developer is offering $5,000 toward decorating at the time of settlement.
