This week’s “If I Had $1.5 Million” listing is a four-level row house in Dupont Circle. In 1942, the property was converted into four apartments, and about sixty years later, the current owners bought it from the family who had owned it since the turn of the century and restored it to a single-family home with one rental unit.

The renovation was completed in 2008, and the home now includes a two-car garage, a private roof terrace, a large backyard with deck and patio, and a four-level addition.
