Foxhall Ridge 70% Sold Out

A home in Foxhall Ridge.
Foxhall Ridge, a new luxury townhome community in DC’s Palisades neighborhood, is now 70 percent sold out, UrbanTurf has learned.
Of the 34 homes at the project from Duball LLC and Stanley Martin Homes, 16 are already occupied and another nine are under contract. Nine lots are still available, according to those familiar with the project.
Formerly the site of Riverside Hospital, Foxhall Ridge is located at 4460 MacArthur Boulevard (map). The remaining homes range in size from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet and are priced between $1.4 million and $1.9 million.
