Single-family row houses are on the verge of becoming an endangered species in DC proper. UrbanTurf recently got word of another Victorian row home that has been transformed into condos, however despite our worries about this vanishing property type, these condos look very nice. Located at the intersection of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan, this four-unit development offers luxury at a fairly reasonable price given the zip code.

* Location -- 1825 19th Street NW (see map here)
* Living Space -- All the condos in this boutique development are two-bedroom units, three that measure out at 1,100 square feet and one that comes in at 1,790. Each unit has front and rear bay windows, maple wenge hardwood floors, and a kitchen with Bosch appliances, Zebrawood cabinets, and caesarstone countertops. The bathrooms have custom glass and porcelain tiled baths and rain showers. The living areas are pre-wired for surround sound and each unit has a private outdoor terrace. Given that this is new construction, the price per square foot is pretty hard to beat for this neighborhood.

Bedroom
* Price Range -- The three smaller two-bedroom units range in price from $599,000 to $659,000. The top floor two-bedroom that offers an additional 700 square feet is listed for $1.49 million.
* Parking -- Rental parking is available for each of the units.
