1642 35th Street NW
Five-bedroom homes on the market in Georgetown currently range in price from about $2.5 million all the way up to $15 million. However, one hit the market recently with an asking price that makes it the best deal in the neighborhood by far.
1642 35th Street NW is listed for a mere $1.385 million. The main house has four bedrooms, there is a one-bedroom lower level suite, a large patio area, a two-car garage and even a wine cellar.
Living Room
We saw the home listed at the bargain price on a number of real estate search sites, but figured that it might be a mistake. But even MRIS has the home listed for just under $1.4 million.
Needless to say, the price is probably going to make for a crowded open house.
Update: This listing is already under contract after two days on the market.
