This week’s Deal of the Week is a little bit deceiving. On the outside, this three-bedroom rambler in Takoma Park is pretty unassuming and frankly not very attractive. However, inside the interior shines. There is a bright living room, a kitchen with a small seating area, two large bedrooms and a third that is probably best suited for a young child. There is also a small back deck that looks out onto a good-sized backyard under which a dry creek bed was built to carry water away from the house. For $319,000, it is not an amazing deal relative to other three-bedrooms in Takoma Park, but still a very good property for the money. More details and photos below.
