This week’s Deal of the Week is a two-bedroom condo in a new four-unit townhouse in Logan Circle. The 961 square-foot unit is the last remaining condo as two of the three have already sold (for well above their listing price) and the last unit is under contract.

Although it is on a lower floor, this unit still gets a good amount of natural light and has the most square footage of the four condos. In addition to a fairly spacious living room and kitchen area, the condo has a rear outdoor patio. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, bamboo floors, custom shelving and a built-in sound system.
