Deal of the Week: BBQing in Columbia Heights

A few days ago, this Deal of the Week, may not have appealed to many DC residents as sweltering 100 degree temperatures encompassed the area.
But now that temperatures have returned to reasonable summer levels, this two-bedroom condo in Columbia Heights with a huge outdoor patio made for barbeques certainly looks enticing. In addition to the patio (where the grill and patio furniture convey), the unit has a big open living room with full-size windows, a master bedroom with windows facing the private terrace, and a secure, off-street parking space. But the selling point for this unit is really the outdoor space, which puts the square footage for the unit over 1,400. More details and photos below. For the full listing, click here.
