This installment of Deal of the Week is a well-priced 1,800 square-foot three-bedroom condo that straddles the 16th Street border of Columbia Heights and Mount Pleasant. The three-level home has a top floor with five skylights, good-sized bedrooms, and amenities like a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a parking space that conveys. The listing is in very good condition and the seller has renovated both the table-space kitchen as well as the two full bathrooms.

In addition to the price per square foot ($299), there are a number of things that put this unit in deal territory. Also, a two-bedroom unit that was not in as good condition as this listing and was 300 square feet smaller, sold in April 2010 for just about $25,000 less than what this unit is asking.
