This installment of Deal of the Week is a well-priced 1,800 square-foot three-bedroom condo that straddles the 16th Street border of Columbia Heights and Mount Pleasant. The three-level home has a top floor with five skylights, good-sized bedrooms, and amenities like a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a parking space that conveys. The listing is in very good condition and the seller has renovated both the table-space kitchen as well as the two full bathrooms.
