This week’s Deal of the Week is a four-bedroom townhome that sits on a cul-de-sac bordering Rock Creek Park in 16th Street Heights. Since it was built in 1926, the home has been owned by just two different owners, so perhaps that alone is evidence of how nice a place it is to live.
