Deal of the Week

This week’s Deal of the Week is a four-bedroom townhome that sits on a cul-de-sac bordering Rock Creek Park in 16th Street Heights. Since it was built in 1926, the home has been owned by just two different owners, so perhaps that alone is evidence of how nice a place it is to live. The living room at the front of the home (with a wood-burning fireplace) leads into a dining room and then through French doors to a sun/breakfast room. The master bedroom on the second floor is quite spacious and the attic is set up so that it could serve as a bedroom or home office. To top it off, there is a large back deck and private one-car garage in the back of the house. More photos and info below. For the full listing, click here.
