Dan Snyder, the former owner of the Washington Commanders, publicly listed his Potomac, Md. home for $49 million in February. Now, the house is being offered at a nice discount.
On Thursday, the listing price for the 30,000 square foot home that was originally built for Jordan’s King Hussein and Queen Noor was reduced from $49 million to $34.9 million. The house is listed with Michael Rankin and Heather Corey of TTR Sotheby's International Realty.

The listing sits on 16 acres, and includes a main five-bedroom house as well as a two-bedroom guesthouse, a 12-car garage, and a pool. Fittingly, there is also a burgundy and gold basketball court.
Snyder and wife Tanya, who sold the Washington Commanders for $6 billion in July, have not lived in the house for years. In 2021, the couple purchased River View, a 16.5-acre property along the banks of the Potomac, for $48 million.
