Dan Snyder Lists Potomac Estate For $49 Million

The owner of the Washington football team has listed his Potomac, Md. home for $49 million, but he won't be moving far.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Dan Snyder will sell the home he built in 2004, as he is building another house in the area. The home is listed with Michael Rankin of TTR Sotheby's International Realty.

The main five-bedroom house spreads out over 30,000 square feet, but the estate also includes a two-bedroom guesthouse, a 12-car garage, a pool and a house for the house manager. The Journal also reports that there is a burgundy and gold basketball court.
