7770 Norfolk, a 17-story, 244 apartment project in Bethesda, will begin construction at the end of the week.
The development from The JBG Companies, ROSS Development & Investment and the CIM Group will sit at the corner of Woodmont and Norfolk avenues. Formerly 4900 Fairmont, the new project will consist of studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, with amenities ranging from a rooftop pool to a fitness center to a concierge. Delivery is expected in mid-2015.
7770 Norfolk will join a slew of other projects under construction or on the boards for downtown Bethesda.
