Leasing will soon begin at Logan Circle’s newest and most luxurious apartment building, which is set to deliver this winter.
Vivre, located at 1224 M St NW, is a 49-unit apartment community featuring one- and two-bedroom residences, crowned with two incredible penthouses with sweeping rooftop terraces and unmatched finishes. Located just south of Logan Circle, Vivre is at the nexus of one of DC's most sought-after neighborhoods.
Vivre is being built by boutique real estate firm Coba, which recently completed the sale of the Piano Estate (DC's second most expensive home sale ever) and several other gorgeously outfitted apartment communities in Logan Circle.
Vivre was exceptionally well designed to create fully functional spaces—with each apartment featuring a foyer, coat closet, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows—that are well insulated between floors and from the street. Most of the units also feature balconies.
Interiors have a sleek, modern, Scandinavian design, and features including ample natural light, light-colored floors, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, panelized appliances and gas cooking. Floorplans range from around 600 square feet for a one-bedroom to 1,025 square feet for two bedrooms, and the two-bedroom penthouses (one of which has a den) measure at 1,200 and 1,500 square feet. The penthouses also feature large walk-in closets, upgraded fixtures and sliding glass doors that open to stunning, oversized decks with views of the neighborhood.
Amenities at Vivre include a chic lobby, concierge service, package management, a roof deck with grills, and a lounge space. Parking and storage is available for renters at an additional cost.
Luxury Real Estate Broker McWilliams Ballard is handling the lease up for Vivre, and pricing starts at $2,400 per month. For more information and to join the VIP Priority List, visit Vivredc.com.
