CityVista Down to Last Two Units
CityVista in Mount Vernon Triangle has just two units left before it sells out, according to the project’s sales office. Its 292-unit K tower had eight units left in early May when UrbanTurf last reported its sale progress. At the time, a sales associate told UrbanTurf they expected to be sold out by the end of June. With only two units left and a week and a half remaining in the month, that could well happen.
CityVista fills a full city block at K and 5th Streets NW. It is a three-tower project; two of the towers are condos, the other rental. Thanks to its ground-floor retail that includes a Safeway and a Busboy and Poets, the complex has become an anchor for the young Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood.
