ElevenM, an four-unit condo conversion in Logan Circle, is set to hit the market later this week, UrbanTurf has learned.
BrookRose Development (also the developer of the much-discussed new micro-unit project on Church Street) turned the row houses at 1220 and 1224 11th Street NW (map) into modern condo buildings with units that each occupy a floor of the property.
Three of the units are two-bedroom, two-bath condos, but the penthouse is quite a bit larger, spreading out over 1,800 square feet with three bedrooms and 14-foot ceilings.

Prices for the four units range from $549,000 to $1.089 million, and the two priciest options come with parking. TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is handling sales.
ElevenM is not the only new residential project making its way to the eastern edge of Logan Circle. In late February, we reported on an 80-unit condo project planned for the northeast corner of 11th and M Street NW (map) from Community Three Development. That development will contain units ranging in size from 550 to 1,000 square feet, and will have at least 20 parking spaces, but no definitive timeline is in place for construction and completion.
