In this week’s edition of Best New Listings, we look at a sun-filled one-bedroom unit in Mount Vernon Triangle, a three-bedroom bungalow in Chevy Chase DC and a three-bedroom row house in Logan Circle.
Sun-Filled One-Bedroom in Mount Vernon Triangle

Usually downtown condos with a good amount of square footage that are listed at market rate have pretty high monthly fees. But that is not the case for this one-bedroom unit in Mount Vernon Triangle. In addition to a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in a substantial amount of light, the 11th-floor condo has a bedroom large enough for a California King bed as well as three dressers. The building is FHA-approved and has two lounges with Wi-Fi (one meant for parties, the other for quiet internet surfing), a fitness center, a 24-hour desk and a roof deck with a pool. 1920s Three-Bedroom Bungalow in Chevy Chase DC

This three-bedroom Chevy Chase DC bungalow caught our attention this week for two reasons. The first is that each of the bedrooms has a good amount of space (frequently three-bedrooms in DC have two spacious bedrooms and one that is really a den or a study). The second reason is that the backyard is huge, and includes both a long brick patio and a parking pad that could fit two cars. The kitchen will likely eventually need updating, but the first level has a large living area and a separate dining room as well as a family room attached to the kitchen. Logan Circle Row House With Cool Rooms and Amenities

Located on Q Street, this three-bedroom row house in Logan Circle has a number of cool rooms and amenities. As for the rooms, there is a kitchen surrounded in a wall of glass, a large master bedroom with a fireplace and a third-floor guest suite with an adjoining bedroom. The outdoor space for the listing includes both a fenced-in patio and a large roof deck. Lastly, there is an unfinished lower level that has the potential to be turned into an in-law suite.
