AvalonBay to Build 354-Unit Apartment Complex in Tysons
Avalon at Grosvenor Station in Bethesda
AvalonBay Communities, Inc. has made public its plans to build a luxury apartment complex on Westpark Drive in Tysons Corner, according to the Washington Business Journal. The 354-unit project, that is expected to start leasing in 2012, will be called Avalon Park Crest.
AvalonBay, which is based out of Arlington, is no stranger to the DC area, operating 21 residential buildings in the region. WBJ reports that it will be the firm’s first new project in the Mid-Atlantic region since 2005.
