Attend the Grand Opening of Fairfax's Luxury Condo The Enclave
The Enclave, a new ground-up condo community in the city of Fairfax, will celebrate its grand opening this weekend, June 25th and 26th. The two-building luxury property will include 80 one-, two- and three-bedroom units starting from the high $200s and will deliver in late summer/early fall of next year.
The Enclave is being developed by IDI Group, a firm that has been building landmarks—including condos, offices and hotels—in the DC area for more than 40 years. Sales for The Enclave are by McWilliams|Ballard. To sign up for more information on the property, click here.
Construction on The Enclave will begin late this summer--however, the onsite sales office opens this weekend for the grand opening. Interiors will be contemporary and will include finishes like 42-inch maple cabinetry and stainless steel kitchen appliances; units with balconies or terraces; and the ability to customize with a variety of options and upgrades. Amenities for the property include a clubroom, outdoor grilling area and fire pit.
The Enclave is located in a tree-filled neighborhood just minutes away from Downtown Fairfax, Arlington and the rest of the Washington, DC, metro area.
