All You Need to Know About A Home From a Photo

DC-based online real estate broker Sawbuck Realty announced the launch of an application yesterday that allows iPhone users to learn everything about a home, from its current value to its last sale to local schools in the area, simply by taking a photo of it.
The application is called HomeSnap and here is how it works:
In much of the country, HomeSnap seamlessly integrates real-time data from the Multiple Listing Service. If a home is for sale, you [can take a photo] and see the current list price, interior pictures and complete listing details. For a home that just sold, HomeSnap shows the final sale price and complete listing history. HomeSnap tracks every home you snap and updates each one automatically with new information, including updated values.
