One of the priciest homes ever listed just off the Potomac River recently found a buyer, and has a number of amenities to help justify that price tag.
The 22,000 square-foot home at 6431 Georgetown Pike went under contract with contingencies last week at an asking price of $22.5 million. The home is listed with Mark Lowham and Will Thomas of TTR Sotheby's International Realty. The Building Group put the finishing touches on the 10-bedroom home in the Langley neighborhood (map) in 2024 after two years of construction. The house was originally listed for $25 million.

Over the years, UrbanTurf has covered the extensive amenities at this listing, including an owner's suite that spreads out over 3,300 square feet with an 1,100 square-foot, two-level closet. The home's other offering include a massage room, sauna, fitness center, three wet bars, a wine cellar, card room, and a professional home cinema.
The eye-popping amenities continue outside. Expansive terraces look out on a modern pool surrounded by fountains and a waterfall. An outdoor entertaining setup includes a fire pit and a 200-inch outdoor television. Additional outdoor features include a large koi pond, jogging path, and a French garden.
