A $12,000 Premium For Two Bedrooms Above M Street
This 1,100 square-foot, two-bedroom condo in Shaw spent just two days on the market before selling for $12,000 above asking last week. The main living space has floor-to-ceiling windows and a central set of symmetrical French doors lead outside to the astro-grass terrace. The primary suite has an en-suite bathroom and another door leading to the terrace, and a secondary room has been transformed into a movie alcove with dark walls. The building has a roof deck with a set of grills, and the condo comes with parking.
