A $12,000 Premium For Two Bedrooms Above M Street

The primary suite has an en-suite bathroom and another door leading to the terrace, and a secondary room has been transformed into a movie alcove with dark walls. The building has a roof deck with a set of grills, and the condo comes with parking.
