In this week's Above Asking, we look at a DC condo that recently ended up selling for above list price.
A $12,000 Premium For Two Bedrooms Above M Street
This 1,100 square-foot, two-bedroom condo in Shaw spent just two days on the market before selling for $12,000 above asking last week. The primary suite has an en-suite bathroom and another door leading to the terrace, and a secondary room has been transformed into a movie alcove with dark walls.
