The kitchen has teal cabinetry, simple finishes, white quartz counters and a door leading to an angled back deck and yard beyond. Also on the main floor, the primary bedroom includes a large closet with sliding mirror doors, and a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the level. Downstairs, a recreation room takes up the majority of the space and the walls and floors are made up of light wooden planking. This three-bedroom cottage in North Michigan Park found a buyer five days after hitting the market, and ultimately sold at a $60,000 premium. The primary living room of the home includes lots of windows and a brick fireplace, and a formal dining area connects to the galley kitchen, which has white cabinetry, floating shelves and copper accents. Downstairs, the basement makes for a perfect entertainment space with warm wood-planked walls, a bar area and an open layout. Adding a bit of history and intrigue to the property, the original owner's names are etched into the hearth of the fireplace on this level.
