In this week's Above Asking, we highlight a home that sold for well above its list price on Capitol Hill and a Woodridge home that fetched a slight premium.
$120,000 Above Asking For A Ditto On The Hill
This four-bedroom Capitol Hill rowhome reimagined by Ditto Residential about a decade ago spent about a week on the market before selling at a $120,000 premium last month. The most noticeable part of the listing may be the 12-foot by 12-foot skylight that floods the middle of the home with natural light. The family room has a window wall that opens up to a landscaped terrace where there is room for outdoor furniture and a grill. Upstairs, there is a roof terrace and out back there is two-car parking with a built-in EV charger.
