Over in Eckington, this turreted Victorian rowhouse underwent a complete, custom interior renovation and a buyer took notice. The four-bedroom sold for almost a $60,000 premium last week. In addition to the renovation, the home has a one-bed, one-bath English basement and a rear paved patio/parking pad.

The main level has an open floorplan with living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a half bath. Off the kitchen is a sliding door that opens to a back deck and two-car parking. There are three bedrooms on the home's upper level, including a master suite with a closet with custom shelving, built in shelving and an en-suite bathroom. The separately metered in-law suite on the lower level has a bedroom and bathroom, as well as a living, kitchen and dining areas. This whole package sold last week at a $45,000 premium.
