One of the priciest homes on the market in the DC region hasn't been built yet, but is promising to come with a number of bells and whistles.

Listed with Fouad Talout of Long & Foster, plans for the sprawling residence at 703 Potomac Knolls Drive (map) call for features ranging from a 20-seat theater to a two-story modern library to Turkish baths. Other features worthy of the $39 million price tag include a fully appointed gym, steam room, infinity pool, suspended gardens, and a 17-car garage.
The six-bedroom home will be built by Halac Luxury Homes and will span nearly 28,000 square feet on 2.5 acres along the Potomac River. It will hit the market late this year or in early 2026.
