Washington Nationals legend Ryan Zimmerman has reduced the listing price for his former Great Falls home.

The 13,000 square-foot, six-bedroom house hit the market in August for $7.9 million with Wetherly Barker Hemeon of TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Late last week, the listing price dropped to $7.495 million.

The expansive estate has many of the bells and whistles that one would expect for a home with this price tag, and a couple unique features.

There is a full bar, a wine cellar and a game room, as well as a theater room with stadium seating and a fully-equipped gym with a steam room. The cabana area has a large seating area with a fireplace, a salt water infinity pool, hot tub and koi pond. Unique to the listing is two-story playhouse that was once featured on TLC's Charmed Playhouses.

Earlier this year, Zimmerman and his family purchased a new 20,000 square-foot home in McLean.
