There is a full bar, a wine cellar and a game room, as well as a theater room with stadium seating and a fully-equipped gym with a steam room. The cabana area has a large seating area with a fireplace, a salt water infinity pool, hot tub and koi pond. Unique to the listing is two-story playhouse that was once featured on TLC's Charmed Playhouses.
Earlier this year, Zimmerman and his family purchased a new 20,000 square-foot home in McLean.
