It is a one-bedroom condo located in the former Italian Embassy at 1863 Kalorama Road (see map here). While the unit still has its original fireplace and wood floors, it also has many modern touches including an open-design kitchen and living area with a marble island that could also be used as a dining table. There are three large south-facing windows on one wall of the living area and the bedroom is located in the back of the condo away from the street. For the price, you’d be hard pressed to find a better deal in this neighborhood. For the full listing, click here.
