In April, DC's Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood will welcome Claret, one of the city’s only new, large-scale, fully-amenitized condominiums to debut in recent years. Sales are already underway with pricing ranging from the upper $400,000s to $1.7M.

While this is a brand-new, LEED Silver certified building with contemporary interiors and cutting-edge details throughout, the exterior takes notes from traditional DC architecture, with light-colored, rounded-brick details. From the outside, prospective residents will also notice that a majority of the homes feature balconies or terraces.
