Another Shaw church has development plans on the boards.
A concept has been filed with the Historic Preservation Review Board for a residential development on the surface parking lot belonging to New Bethany Baptist Church, addressed at 1301 11th Street NW (map).

The four-story project will also have habitable cellar and penthouse levels. Gragg Cardona Partners is the developer and Eric Colbert & Associates is the architect; EHT Traceries is also part of the development team.
