Even as the housing market has slowed this year in the DC region, there are still plenty of neighborhoods where homes are selling quickly. Today, UrbanTurf looks at where listings are selling fastest in DC proper so far in 2025.
Using median days on market data for advertised subdivisions around the city, we highlighted where homes have been selling quickest. To be included in the table, subdivisions needed to have recorded at least ten sales so far this year.
With homes selling on median in 72 hours, the Shepherd Park neighborhood along 16th Street is leading the way. Following behind with homes selling in just under a week are AU Park, Crestwood and North Cleveland Park.
Rounding out the list are Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan and Kent, where homes are selling in just over a week.
