Penn Eleven, 34 new condominiums now selling and under construction on Capitol Hill, is set to deliver this November and is raising the benchmark for luxury condominium living at this beloved Capitol Hill address.
Designed by Hickok Cole Architects and developed by PerseusTDC, Penn Eleven is located at Pennsylvania Avenue and 11th Street SE and was erected behind the two-story historic façade of the old Frager’s Hardware store. Select homes feature spacious wrap-around terraces as the façade step backs at the third, fourth and fifth floors, allowing for ample private outdoor space and truly one-of-a-kind floorplans.
Residences at Penn Eleven include one-bedroom plus dens, two-bedrooms, two-bedroom plus dens and three-bedroom condominiums as large as 2,200 square feet. The new residences are outfitted with wide plank hardwood floors, top-of-the-line appliances, marble quartz countertops, single panel solid-core doors, custom built-in wardrobes, modern crown molding and recessed lighting. Select units also come with full home automation packages including pre-wiring for speakers, smart thermostats and included motorized roller shades. Over 70% of the homes feature private outdoor space and built-in gas grills.
Penn Eleven boasts an ambitious array of thoughtful amenities including on-site concierge for services like dog walking and laundry services, as well as stylish shared spaces. Common areas include an entry hall with curated art, a designer lobby with custom millwork, a library lounge and a large rooftop terrace with gas grills, private seating arrangements and picturesque views of the Capitol and Washington Monument. Underground parking and storage spaces are also available.
Penn Eleven will also be home to the brand new, two-story Frager’s Hardware store, as well as Emilie, a new restaurant from Kevin Tien, the executive chef/co-owner of Himitsu. The property is also within walking distance of all of Capitol Hill’s most popular restaurants and cafes—including Rose’s Luxury, Peregrine Espresso, Little Pearl, and Acqua al 2—and is steps from Eastern Market, the Capitol Building and the Library of Congress.
Pre-sales for Penn Eleven are underway with prices starting at $600,000, with sales and marketing managed by McWilliams|Ballard. For additional information or to schedule a tour of one of the property’s model homes, visit the Penn Eleven website here.
