Saul Centers revealed what the 300-foot, 330-unit apartment building it will construct in White Flint will look like earlier this week. The project will be one of five new buildings that the developer is constructing along Rockville Pike.
Friends of White Flint revealed the images for the building that will be located at 1001 Rockville Pike (map). In addition to 330 apartments, the building will have 15,000 square feet of retail.
More details from the Friends of White Flint:
The architects aimed to maximize pedestrian feel with an iconic pedestrian plaza. Building A features a green roof and neutral colors. A low water feature will create white noise so outdoor diners won’t be disturbed by the cars driving on the Pike.
